Delete your ViO TORUS account

You can request deletion of your ViO TORUS account and the personal data linked to it. This page explains how to submit a request and what we delete or retain.

Delete your account inside the app (recommended)

Request account deletion by email (alternative)

Data that will be deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize data linked to your user ID, including:

• Account profile (email, display name, avatar URL)
• Favorite playlists and favorite tracks
• Recently played history and listening statistics (streaks, total listening time)
• Subscription records associated with your account (if any)
• Authentication records managed by our auth provider for your account

Data that may be retained

• Server and security logs (e.g. IP address, request timestamps) may be kept for a limited period for fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized.
• Backups may retain copies for a short retention window before they are overwritten.
• Data we must keep to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Guest mode (without sign-in)

If you used ViO TORUS as a guest, favorites and recent listening may be stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes that local data. No server account exists to delete.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You can request deletion of some personal data while keeping your ViO TORUS account active.

You can also update your display name in the Profile screen in the app without contacting us.

Data we can delete on request (account stays active): favorites, playback history, listening statistics, custom display name, avatar URL.

Data we may keep: email and user ID required to maintain your account; limited security logs as described above.
